Citadel to Foundry Paint Conversion Chart

I hope you find this conversion chart useful. The purpose of this chart originally, was to allow those of us who have chosen to try the Foundry painting style (see the work of Steve Dean for an example), but who haven't had the chance or money to buy the Foundry Paint System and so must use their existing paint sets.
Below I have worked out a conversion chart based on the almost 'industry' standard Games Workshop paint system, the names of each Foundry paint are in the coloured cells and below these, the names of the comparable Games Workshop paint. This allows people to use these easier to obtain Games Workshop paints when painting in the Foundry style. Enjoy!
You may wonder why some of the suggested colours actually look nothing like the paint chips. Well, I can safely say that several of the Foundry's colours in real-life look nothing at all like their paint chip colours, the worst is probably the red, but there are several others as well.
NOTE: Foundry's Bright Red shade 15B isn't actually very red in real-life. Foundry are aware that this colour isn't perfect and are presently working to correct this error. Because of this, I have matched this colour up to similar Games Workshop colours based on both its real-life colours, and those printed in this chart.
