Painting Caucasian & African Flesh

I started my new imperial guard army and devised a new way for painting flesh. First, I paint the skin dwarf flesh. Then, I pull out the chestnut wash, slap some on my paining pallet and water it down (but not too much. Want it to have consistency enough to stain the crevices). I then wash over the skin with it and let it dry. After it dries, I pull out the skull
white and mix it with dwarf flesh, and brush over the muscles and features, leaving the darker color in the crevasses. Then, voila! You have an awesome looking white skin!

For black (this is my favorite by the way. don't know why, I just think it looks great.) I use African brown from Ral Partha. Then, I mix in some African with skull white (but not too much) and brush over it as I do with white skin. Then, I take the chestnut ink, water it down and wash over it. Voila!
